Aubika – https://aubika.store/ – recently sent me four different Quest accessories for the Meta Quest 3 to try out and review. I was sent their Quest 3 8000 mAh Battery Strap, Quest 3 Strap, and two cases for carrying my headset and accessories. Their website store includes other accessories which you should check out, though I can’t vouch for all of them. But if their other products are anything like the ones I received you will be pleased with anything in their catalog.

First up for review is the Aubika battery strap for the Meta Quest 3. There is nothing like a loss of battery to take you out of a gaming session on your Meta Quest 3. Now with the Auika battery strap, you can continue gaming for longer. Unlike its counterparts, this battery strap sustains and supplements the Quest 3’s power, ensuring uninterrupted gaming sessions with its fast-charging capabilities. Thoughts on the battery head strap by Aubika

Overall, the Auika battery head strap offers comfort for long gaming sessions which are extended by the battery itself. Being able to game for several hours, or get work done, as I have been doing in the Quest 3 headset using Immersed, is definitely a pro. This is made possible with the battery strap from Aubika. My only gripe, which is minor, is that the ratcheting system for tightening the strap is loud and sometimes doesn’t lock itself correctly in place on the first attempt.

The main difference with these two straps is that you get a battery or you don’t. Since the price difference is so small between the two, I would recommend the battery strap as a must-have and a great piece of tech for the price. The non-battery strap though, is hard to recommend since most people will opt for the power you get in gaming longer. The non-battery strap is still a great product from Aubika, just harder to recommend.

Thoughts on the Smaller Carrying Case by Aubika

Like the variable of battery v. non-battery when it comes to the headset strap, the size of the cases will determine whether the smaller case is even an option. Since I have and use elite straps with batteries, the larger case holds my Quest 3 and Quest accessories. The smaller case on the other hand does not support all of the accessories I have with me. The smaller case is a decently built case, it just doesn’t offer much to me in terms of transporting the items I have and own. In fact, the smaller case is hard to transport anything that isn’t the stock Meta Quest 3 and default strap, which probably doesn’t include a lot of Quest users as the strap is typically the first thing gamers will replace on the headset.
