My Repairman Dreams

Bus Fix 2019 situates you as a mechanic, but not just any mechanic, a mechanic who fixes buses and only buses, hence the title. It may not be the most thrilling job in the world, but my Rapid Review will dive deep into the world of bus repairing and see if Bus Fix offers an intuitive experience or if it could do with a fixer-upper.

Looks Like a Bus Crash

Bus Fix 2019 ultimately demonstrates that buses aren’t the only thing that needs fixing. Accompanied by an amateur soundtrack, the process of fixing buses is seen through poor graphics and terrible use of colour as well as cheap execution. The whole aspect of finding the broken parts of the bus is non-existent as the errors are clearly pointed out, defeating the whole aspect of fixing a bus since the real challenges are nowhere to be seen.

Not Worth the Elbow Grease

My experience with this game has told me that Bus Fix 2019 would much rather be suited as a free mobile game than a solid eShop purchase. The use of different buses was probably incorporated to prevent repetition, although that is contradicted due to the overall repetitive gameplay. After a few buses, it gets incredibly boring, crushing my dreams of ever becoming a bus mechanic.

The actual process is very confusing, and I was flooded with instructions leaving me confused as I was bombarded with job requests offering money to be used at bus auctions. There is ultimately no goal and is the ultimate time-waster.

Conclusion

In conclusion, Bus Fix 2019 lets me know that Ultimate Games should focus on fixing this game before I start fixing these buses. If I’m going to wrap my head around the complications of such an obscure simulator, I would hope to gain some sort of useful reward.
